Refund Policy

MicroMentor aims for fair cancellations for both customers and experts. Unless otherwise stated on a booking, the following applies:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the session start time.
• Partial refund of 50% if cancelled less than 24 hours before start.
• No refund after the session has started (cancellation not allowed).

Expert no-shows and clear service failures may be eligible for a full refund at MicroMentor's discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
