Welcome to MicroMentor. By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to these Terms. MicroMentor connects customers with independent experts for short paid mentoring sessions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Bookings & payments

Session prices are set by experts. Payments are processed by Stripe. Platform fees may apply. Booking confirmation occurs after successful payment.

Expert services

Experts are independent contractors, not employees of MicroMentor. Advice is informational and not a substitute for licensed professional services where required by law.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the platform, harass others, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
